Activation 1

Activation 1 is divided into 7 different services from outreach and individualised services to small group hubs. These services reflect the needs of those attending and to do so over time the unit remains fluid and adapts to reflect people’s changing needs.
Within the service people are supported to develop their confidence and communication skills, access their community, build on their talents and interests and challenge expectations.
This is done by building trust through co-operative relationships, respect, observation and listening to what people want and need to succeed.
